Here’s how the “No Regrets Carpet Guarantee” works: if at any time during the first 30 days after installation you decide you don’t like your new carpet for whatever reason, just let us know. Carillon will replace the carpet one time, free of charge, with another style of equal or lesser value. You only pay the additional labor cost. Of course, if the new carpet you select costs more, you simply pay the difference.The No Regrets Carpet Guarantee does not apply to custom-color orders or any wool or woven products.

This makes the installation critical. We offer a lifetime installation warranty on all carpet installations at Carillon. You never have to worry about something going wrong with the installation.
